How long does it take to start getting leads after placing my order?
Your leads order can be delivered as quickly as you submit your order payment within 48 hours.
How much do leads cost?

What is your Refund/Cancellation Policy?
We have a replacement policy. If you receive a lead with bad information, please send your request to the reason your lead is bad to support@theleadsplace.com and we will replace that lead immediately.
How do I request replacements?
1. Please wait a day after you have received all of your leads.
2. Count the total of how many replacements you need.
3. Please send ONE email with the lead's full name(s) and the
reason for the replacement lead to us at
support@theleadsplace.com
To avoid getting lost in the shuffle, we just ask for ONE email instead of sending multiple emails throughout your campaign. This way we can review and replace immediately.
I am getting leads that are far away or out of my state!?
We target exactly as requested. You are able to choose a specific state within the United States. We exclude border states, and target English or Spanish speakers by default unless otherwise requested.
Do you have a script?
Yes, we have developed a script based on the feedback of agents that have been successful with our leads. You will receive a copy after placing your order if you request it by sending an email to scripts@theleadsplace.com
What are your hours?

How are leads delivered to me?
Your leads will be delivered to your email of choice or to your customized CRM system.

How will I be notified when a lead comes in?
For each order you will receive:
-Email notification
-Customized Spreadsheet (If you request leads only)
-Automatically sent to your customized CRM system if purchased
Do you re-sell leads to other agents?
No, we do not. All leads are 100% exclusive to you.
However, please note that OUR leads are exclusive to YOU. We generate leads from scratch.
Do you offer discounts for large orders?
Yes, we work with each agent and agency owners on a case-by-case basis as every area varies in price at any given time. Please email us with your area and quantity of leads you'd like a quote on at support@theleadsplace.com
Do you offer weekly subscriptions for purchasing leads?
Yes, we also offer discounted pricing based on your specific location and quantity. Please email us if you're interested in a weekly subscription. support@theleadsplace.com
Is there a coupon or discount for me if I refer other agents to you?
